An unanswered price question is a lost client
Someone asking about a colour or a keratin treatment is deciding where to go. If the answer only arrives at the end of the day, she's already booked somewhere else.
Ana, Staffra's virtual receptionist, answers how much a colour costs, asks which stylist the client wants and books a time where the whole service fits in the schedule. Even before the salon opens.
It's an automatic front desk on your salon's WhatsApp that answers prices, asks which stylist the client wants and books a time where the whole service fits, even with the salon closed. At Staffra, that receptionist is Ana, who works only with the services, prices and hours the salon sets up.
Between a blow-dry, a colour and a manicure, the salon's WhatsApp fills up with questions that almost always start the same way: "how much is it?".

A colour takes two hours, a blow-dry forty-five minutes. Booking in the chat from memory is the easiest way to overlap clients or leave gaps in the day.
Every client has a stylist she trusts. Checking each stylist's schedule, message by message, takes time from the people who should be working.
A client messages at 7:52am, before the salon opens. Ana gives the price, answers the question and books:

Ana works with what the salon sets up: services, prices, staff and hours. She doesn't make up prices or promise a slot that doesn't exist.
Add your hairdressers, manicurists and brow artists. The client picks who she wants, and Ana shows only that person's slots, taking into account which services they do.
Cut, blow-dry, colour, manicure: each service has its own length, and you can add a gap between clients. Ana only offers slots where the whole service fits.
Ana checks your opening hours, days off and existing bookings, including each stylist's Google Calendar. A taken slot is never offered again.
Ana answers each service's price and whatever you add about the salon, like payment methods, address and whether the strand test is charged.
Clients reschedule or cancel in the chat. You set the minimum notice for booking and the cancellation deadline, and Ana sticks to both.
Every confirmed booking sends the client an email, and a reminder arrives before the appointment so she doesn't forget.
For services that need a conversation first, like a more delicate chemical treatment, turn on approval: the client's request stays pending until you confirm it in the dashboard, and she gets the answer by email. And if the client wants to talk to a person, Ana says she'll get someone and, if you allow it, hands the chat to your team with the full history.
Cut, blow-dry, colour, manicure and brows: the dashboard suggests the most common salon services with their lengths, and you just adjust names, times and prices.
Say who works, which services each person does and on which days and hours, and connect Google Calendar if you already use it.
Use the number your salon already has or a new one. From then on, Ana starts answering.
Plans start at R$ 197 a month, with both Ana and Malu included. The first 7 days are free: you're only charged after 7 days or 500 replies, whichever comes first. There's no setup fee, and you can cancel from your dashboard anytime.
Yes. You set the services each person does, and Ana only offers a slot with someone who actually does that service. If the client has no preference, she books whoever is free.
Ana answers from what you set up. You can add each variation as a separate service or explain the rule in your salon details, and she uses exactly that in her answer, without making up prices.
Yes. Each service has its own length, plus an optional gap between clients. Ana only offers slots where the whole service fits and never books two clients at the same time with the same stylist.
Yes. With approval on, the request stays pending until you approve or decline it in the dashboard, and the client gets the answer by email.
