You can't leave a client to reply
In the middle of polish or an extension, stopping to type isn't an option. The message waits, and the new client looks for someone else.
While you're in the middle of a gel extension, Ana, Staffra's virtual receptionist, answers WhatsApp, gives the price, shows the open slots and books. If the client needs to change the day, she reschedules in the same chat.
It's an automatic front desk on WhatsApp that gives prices, shows open slots, and books and reschedules clients without you putting down what you're doing. At Staffra, that receptionist is Ana: she follows your services, lengths and cancellation rules, and hands the chat to you when the client asks.
Nail work takes both hands, and clients don't wait. Every message left for later is a slot that might walk away.
In the middle of polish or an extension, stopping to type isn't an option. The message waits, and the new client looks for someone else.
"Oh, I can't make Friday". Without someone to offer another slot right away, the client disappears, and Friday's slot stays empty.
Clients remember to book their maintenance when they get home. If nobody answers, they book with whoever replies first.
A client messages at 10pm, with the studio closed, and then changes her mind. Ana handles both:

Ana works with what you set up: your services, your prices and your hours. She doesn't make up prices or promise a slot that doesn't exist.
When a client needs to change the day, Ana finds another open slot and moves the booking in one go, without cancelling and rebooking. The old slot is freed up for someone else.
Polish, manicure and pedicure, gel extensions, maintenance: each service has its own time, and you can add a gap to tidy your station between clients.
You set how many hours before a client can cancel in the chat and the minimum notice for booking. Ana sticks to both without needing you.
If the studio has more than one nail tech, each has their own schedule. Clients can ask for someone by name, and Ana shows only their slots.
Every confirmed booking sends the client an email, and a reminder arrives before the appointment so she doesn't forget.
The same Ana answers on your official WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Telegram and your website chat. Connecting through your own Meta account, you keep using WhatsApp Business on your phone.
Ana only answers from what you've set up. If a client asks about something that isn't there, or wants to talk to you, she doesn't make things up: she says she'll get someone and, if you allow it, hands over the chat with its full history. From the dashboard, you can take over any conversation whenever you like.
Enter the name, length and price of each service, like manicure, pedicure, manicure and pedicure, extensions and maintenance.
Enter your working days and hours and days off, and connect Google Calendar if you already use it.
Use the number you already have or a new one. From then on, Ana starts answering.
Plans start at R$ 197 a month, with both Ana and Malu included. The first 7 days are free: you're only charged after 7 days or 500 replies, whichever comes first. There's no setup fee, and you can cancel from your dashboard anytime.
Yes. When a client asks to change the day, Ana shows the open slots and moves the booking right away, within the cancellation deadline you set.
You set how late a client can cancel in the chat, for example 12 hours before. After that, Ana won't cancel through the chat.
Yes, based on what you set up: each service's price and your studio details, like payment methods and address. If it isn't set up, she won't make it up.
Yes. With a single technician, Ana books everything into your schedule. If the studio grows, just add more technicians, each with their own hours.
No. The connection goes through Meta's official integration, with the number you already have on WhatsApp Business or a new one. Connecting through your own Meta account, you keep using the app on your phone.
