An unanswered message is an empty chair
Whoever messages on WhatsApp almost always wants a slot today or tomorrow. If the reply takes too long, they book down the street, and the slot that could have been yours stays empty.
While you've got the clippers in hand, Ana, Staffra's virtual receptionist, answers WhatsApp, asks which barber the client wants and books a slot that's actually free. Day, night and Sunday.
It's an automatic front desk on your barbershop's WhatsApp that chats with clients like a person, checks each barber's schedule and books the appointment on its own, at any hour. At Staffra, that receptionist is Ana: she only uses the services, prices and hours you set up, and gets the team when a client asks for a person.
Every barbershop knows the scene: a full chair, messages piling up, and the client who gives up because nobody answered in time.

"Is 3pm free?", "What about with Rafael?", "Can it be later?". Every booking turns into five messages, usually answered between cuts with your hands full.
Plenty of people decide to get a haircut at night or on Sunday. With nobody to reply, the request waits until the next morning, and by then they've gone somewhere else.
A client messages at 11pm, with the shop closed. Ana handles it all on her own:

Ana works with what you set up: your services, your barbers and your hours. No made-up prices, no promising a slot that doesn't exist.
Add Mateus, Rafael and whoever else cuts. The client picks who they want, and Ana shows only that barber's slots. With no preference, she books whoever is free, balancing the day.
Each service has its own length, and you can add a gap between clients. A haircut-and-beard combo takes up its real time on the schedule, without running into the next client.
Ana checks your opening hours, days off and existing bookings, including each barber's Google Calendar. A taken slot is never offered again.
If a client needs to change the time, Ana sorts it out in the chat. You set the minimum notice for booking and the cancellation deadline, and she sticks to both.
Every confirmed booking sends the client an email, and another one arrives before the appointment so they don't forget.
The same Ana answers on your shop's official WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Telegram and your website chat. Connecting through your own Meta account, you keep using WhatsApp Business on your phone.
If a client asks for the owner, or asks about something you haven't set up, Ana doesn't make things up: she says she'll get someone and, if you allow it, hands the chat to your team with the full history. From the dashboard, you can take over any conversation whenever you like.
Haircut, beard, combo and line-up: the dashboard suggests the most common barbershop services with their lengths, and you just adjust names, times and prices.
Say who cuts on which days and hours, and connect Google Calendar if you already use it.
Use the number your shop already has or a new one. From then on, Ana starts answering.
Plans start at R$ 197 a month, with both Ana and Malu included. The first 7 days are free: you're only charged after 7 days or 500 replies, whichever comes first. There's no setup fee, and you can cancel from your dashboard anytime.
Yes. Every barber has their own schedule. When a client asks for someone by name, Ana shows only that barber's slots. With no preference, she books whoever is free, balancing the day.
Ana only offers slots that are genuinely free. You set the minimum notice for a booking: at 1 hour, for example, she won't book anything in the next 60 minutes, so you're never caught off guard.
Yes. With approval on, the client's request stays pending until you approve or decline it in the dashboard, and the client gets the answer by email.
She does, based on what you set up: each service's price and your business details, like payment methods and address. If the question is about something you haven't added, she won't make up an answer.
No. The connection goes through Meta's official integration, and you can use the number you already have on WhatsApp Business or a new one. Connecting through your own Meta account, you keep using the app on your phone.
