Built for a studio's routine
Ana works with what the studio sets up: class types, prices, instructors and hours. She doesn't make up prices or promise a slot that doesn't exist.

A schedule for each instructor
Each instructor has their own days and hours. A student can ask for someone by name, and Ana shows only that instructor's schedule.
Private classes and assessments
Private class, postural assessment, trial class: each session has its own length, and you can add a gap to set up the equipment between students.
Rescheduling and cancelling, with rules
Students reschedule or cancel in the chat. You set the minimum notice for booking and the cancellation deadline, and Ana sticks to both.
Email confirmation and reminder
Every confirmed booking sends the student an email, and a reminder arrives before the class so they don't forget.
On WhatsApp, Instagram and your website
The same Ana answers on your studio's official WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Telegram and your website chat. Connecting through your own Meta account, you keep using WhatsApp Business on your phone.
Pain, injury or restrictions? The chat goes to an instructor
Ana only answers from what the studio has set up. When a student mentions pain, an injury or a medical restriction, she doesn't improvise: she says she'll get the team and, if you allow it, hands over the chat with its full history. You can also add your own questions before booking, like "Do you have any injuries or restrictions?".

Pricing
Plans start at R$ 197 a month, with both Ana and Malu included. The first 7 days are free: you're only charged after 7 days or 500 replies, whichever comes first. There's no setup fee, and you can cancel from your dashboard anytime.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work for group classes?
Today Ana's schedule books one student per slot for each instructor. She's ideal for trial classes, private classes and assessments. Classes with several spots at the same time aren't managed by the schedule yet.
Does Ana explain the trial class?
Yes, based on what you set up: who it's for, how much it costs, how long it lasts and what to bring. If the question is about something you haven't added, she won't make it up.
Can students choose their instructor?
Yes. Each instructor has their own schedule. When a student asks for someone by name, Ana shows only that instructor's slots.
What if a student has an injury?
Ana doesn't assess anything health-related. You can ask for this before booking with your own question, and when the topic needs a professional, she gets the team and, if you allow it, hands over the chat.
Do I need to change the studio's WhatsApp number?
No. The connection goes through Meta's official integration, with the number the studio already has on WhatsApp Business or a new one. Connecting through your own Meta account, you keep using the app on your phone.
